Returns Policy

We are here to help.  When calling for assistance, please have the product and manual in front of you.  Often problems can be addressed and rectified via a phone call.  NO returns will be accepted without contact being made with Performance Hobbies, to determine if returning the item is the best course of action.  

Please remember that damage from misuse, modification or impact, are not covered by warranty.  

WHAT can be returned?
Items that are faulty may be returned for warranty assessment.    Items assessed as having a major fault are eligible for repair, replacement, or full refund.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any item for return must be returned within 7 days of delivery to the customer.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Any item returned, must be returned to Performance Hobbies at 2/108 Boat Harbour Drive, Pialba QLD 4655.

HOW do customers return items?
Items for return, must be complete, and returned in their original packaging with the purchase receipt.  

SHIPPING for returns?
The costs of shipping returns will be the responsibility of the customer until such time warranty is assessed.  Once warranty is assessed, the customer will be contacted to determine the best course of action. 

CREDIT for returns?
If a returned item is to be credited, the customer will receive a refund through the same channel that payment was made.  

INSTORE return option?
If you wish to return an item in store, our hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday.  We are closed Sundays and Public Holidays. 

PACKING materials?
Items are to be returned in their original packaging and preferably in their original shipping box/satchel, with appropriate protective packaging to protect the item in transit.
